How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your billing and shipping details and complete payment. You will receive an order-confirmation email straight away and a tracking email once your parcel ships.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster from My Account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are processed over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Which countries do you ship to?
All EU member states plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs.
How fast do you ship?
Paid orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are dispatched the same day. Most EU deliveries arrive within 2–6 business days.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number is emailed on dispatch and is also visible in My Account → Orders.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Parcels are shipped in plain outer packaging without product names on the outside.
Will I pay customs duties?
EU orders ship from within the EU, so there are no customs charges. Deliveries to the UK, Switzerland and Norway may incur import VAT or duties payable by the recipient.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it has not yet shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Are your products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use. See our Research Use Disclaimer.
