Where we ship
We ship to all EU member states plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Orders ship from [dispatch country] within the EU, so EU deliveries involve no customs clearance. Shipments to the UK, Switzerland and Norway may be subject to import duties and VAT, payable by the recipient.
Dispatch times
Orders placed and paid before [14:00 CET] on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

Packaging
Parcels are packed discreetly in plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside. Products are sealed and protected against breakage.
