CJC-1295 With DAC is a long-acting synthetic version of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), built from 30 amino acids. It is best known in research for its Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) tweak, which lets it latch onto albumin in the blood so it stays around far longer than the natural peptide.
