Eloralintide is a lab-made 37-amino-acid amylin analog that works on the amylin receptor, with a clear preference for the AMY1 subtype. Known in the literature as LY3841136, it carries a C20 fatty diacid side chain that binds albumin and gives it a long half-life in research models.
It is best known in research for its receptor selectivity: in cell assays it activated human AMY1R about 12 times more potently than the human calcitonin receptor (Briere et al., 2025, Molecular Metabolism).
Research Applications
- Studied in amylin receptor (AMY1R) signaling models
- Relevant in appetite and energy-balance research
- Examined in fat-mass and body-composition studies
- Applied in selective, long-acting peptide work
Each vial holds 10 mg at ≥99% HPLC purity.
